Most men thinks, telling a woman she's beautiful is a compliment. However, most girls 12 and older, have been told countless times that she is beautiful. Hearing it from a stranger, do not validate that fact. When she say, "Thank You", she being polite. She is not inviting you to converse with her. Eight times out of ten, she's already in a relationship. The ninth time, she either just got out a relationship, or there is something seriously wrong with her. If she is single and looking to date, and find you interested, she will initiate the interaction. If you are already in a relationship, don't waste her time. Keep it cordial and keep stepping. if you try to play her, she will find out and all you did was outplayed yourself.
