Miss Belize Pacific Beauty Pageant is a continuation of Miss Belize California which was created by Louis Reyes. Women from Unitard States Pacific time zones; California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, are eligible to participate and is encouraged to apply. Conceived in the minds of the Members of Belize Cultural Foundation (BCF), producers of the Biggest Belizean 2 Day Celebration in the Unite States in 2004. The concept was to select a young lady, through the process of pageantry, which would properly represent the Belizean community in California. Louis Reyes was selected as the director and coordinator of the pageant.

The purpose of the Pageant is to give an opportunity to young women on the West Coast to dedicate their time in promoting International Cultural Awareness, and Community Significance. This event provides our outstanding young ladies, with the rare opportunity to show their virtues with cultural pride, leadership, and confidence to succeed in a culture-blended society. It also creates and maintains a system of competition, which will enhance career opportunities and produce role models representing positive, wholesome values. The pageant goal is to allow participants opportunities to gain additional life experience, enhance personal and professional skills and develop performance-related and other talents.
